A good speaker starts with a well-designed cabinet, carefully selected and tested materials, craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our skilled Cabinet Makers ensure that every step in the production process follows exact design tolerances and that the assembled cabinet is thoroughly checked for imperfections prior to being sent for finishing. Our paint finishing workshop is kept absolutely dust free. The air is evacuated and recycled at the rate of 4,500m3 per hour and the room is kept under positive pressure. The cabinets are flatted down by hand between each application of paint or lacquer and are stringently checked for quality. The result of this process is a beautiful finish, unique to PSI Audio. The cabinets are now ready to go to Yverdon facility for electronics assembly, finishing and testing.
